Position Summary
Assists Broker team with marketing insurance products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; telemarketing; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining CRM & Zywave databases; preparing reports.

Requires a Bachelors degree and 2-5 years experience in the marketing field. Need confident and outgoing personality with excellent attention to detail. Must be well organized and self motivated.


Employee Benefits Account Manager

Location: Macon, Central Georgia

Key Responsibilities
Work with Brokers, Account Executives and Benefit Coordinators in a team environment. Interact with employee benefit clients to provide daily program servicing and client relationship management.

Position Summary

The Account Manager will provide effective customer service, account management and renewal of assigned accounts and also assist the Brokers or Account Executives in servicing and marketing of group employee benefit insurance programs. The Account Manager meets agency standards by maintaining a positive attitude internally and externally, customer service focus, attention to detail, responsiveness and adaptability.

Position Summary: The commercial P&C “CSR” is a highly dependable and motivated professional. The CSR will provide effective customer service on assigned accounts, cross sell established benefits accounts and also assist the HPA team in servicing of insurance programs. The CSR meets agency standards by maintaining a positive attitude internally and externally, customer service focus, attention to detail, responsiveness and adaptability.

General Agent – Houston County Region

Position Summary: Assists Broker team with marketing insurance products throughout Georgia locations to specific commercial business prospects.

Must have a Georgia Life & Health license. Sales assets include Zywave Brokerage Builder and all other Zywave platforms, CRM System, full production design print shop in-house for marketing material, Google PPC marketing support, underwriting team in-house and full service account management team. Training program provided.

Commission and benefits are included. Applicant must have experience and be licensed in Life & Health in Georgia.
